MyWebAnywhere service doesn't include email. We don't want you to pay for something you don't want, but if you want an email address, they are only $1.00 per address.
Customer service is available 24/7. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive the support center email address and web site.
They can be reached via our Customer Support Website that will be included in your welcome email. Our goal is to answer all email inquiries in 15-30 minutes.
Spamming is not tolerated. Do not attempt to use MyWebAnywhere to send multiple similar e-mails (spamming). If you are thinking about using MyWebAnywhere to spam, think again.
We suggest that you check with your local phone company to make sure that the number you dial to use MyWebAnywhere is a local call. Under no circumstances will MyWebAnywhere reimburse for long distance charges.

Yes. When you order, you will receive a setup program that will automatically configure your dial-up software to access our network. You may also download Explorer or Netscape on their respective websites for free.
The set-up runs like most programs. You just need to enter some basic information, like name and password.
For security purposes, we can only send passwords in the mail. Please e-mail customer service and they will put your password in the mail.
You may use filtering software to block material that you find objectionable or you do not want members of your family viewing. We also provide a filtered IP address that will filter unwanted material as well. A Filtered IP is an additional $4.00 per month. MyWebAnywhere does not take any responsibility for software it recommends or what users view on the internet.
No. We never charge a cancellation penalty. If we do not live up to YOUR expectations, then we do not deserve your business.
There are no refunds for the current month's service.
This process takes between 1 and 24 hours. Once activated, you will receive your login name and password via email.
Yes, but there may be fees associated with the use of your current WebTV box if their box is used with our service. Check with your WebTV provider to see if there is an additional charge.
Yes, you'll have access to many of the most popular search engines.
No. Only one simultaneous connection can be supported per $12.95 access fee.
Currently we have no chat rooms, but you can access the host of chatrooms that are on other internet sites.

Not often. Our servers are completely redundant. When one goes down, another one picks up right where it left off.
Yes. We need a commitment from a certain number of people to move an area up on our priority list. E-mail us with your phone number and e-mail address. We will add that to our database to help us determine which areas to prioritize.
We only have a monthly rate of $12.95. That is so low, we cannot offer a pre-payment discount.
Ten megabytes of web
space is provided for those individuals and small business customers that have, or wish to have
web space. That service comes with an email address, and cost an additional $1.00 per month.
It can be used for either purpose. There is a maximum monthly transfer rate of 1 Gigabyte, so this option does not usually work for larger companies.

Our monthly rate of $12.95. We don't ask our users to support the ones that don't pay for access. The plan is $12.95 per month for internet access.
How often will the process of downloading files across the net be interrupted or terminated prematurely?
Ideally this would never happen. Many times when it does happen it is a problem with the server sending or holding the data and not the ISP.
Your service
for Internet access is for one user. The monthly limit fpr Network 1 is 150
hours/month, that is 5 hours a day every day. Network 2 is unlimited month
access. On both networks after 5 consecutive hours, you will be disconnected from our network. However, you may dial back in within two minutes. We do ask that you disconnect from our network if you are not actively using the internet. However, we do not require that you disconnect.
A user will automatically be disconnected after 5 hours. You can call back in and reconnect within two minutes.
File size may be up to 4 megabytes and all file types are allowed.
